We all know how important lower body strength is for rotational sports such as golf. So if you have been focusing on strengthening your legs and glutes, I have a new challenge for you!
Today I will be showing you some of my favorite single leg exercises that will help you correct your muscular imbalances, challenge your balance and core, improve your stability, and help you generate more power and distance at the golf course.

DISCLAIMER:
The following single leg exercises for golf require excellent core control, stability and balance. Please work on these areas before attempting the exercises. Stop immediately if you experience any pain.

Exercises:
Back step lunge
Back step lunge with rotation
Back step lunge with rotation (with arms extended)
Side lunges
Side lunges to balance
Single leg RDL
Hip hinge to rotation
Step Ups
Lateral resistance step ups
Lateral resistance step ups to balance
