Agility Drills
Soccer Agility is the ability to change direction without the loss of balance, strength or speed. Agility and Co-ordination can be taught to players and will help improve body alignment, reduce injuries and train muscles to fire and activate to perform the activities desired. The agility soccer drills below include all aspects of agility: Balance, Co-ordination, Programmed Aglity and Random Agility (Unknown movement patterns, i.e Reaction).

Plyometric Drills
Exercises designed to develop explosive speed and acceleration. Typical activities include jumping and hopping which force is applied while a specific muscle group is lengthening.
