It’s all in the hips when it comes to golf! The hips and its surrounding muscles play a very important role in power generation and stability during the golf swing. Unfortunately, when these muscles get tight they can’t work to their maximum potential leading to many golf swing problems. This week I will be showing you some of the best hip stretches that golfers can do to unlock their hips, maximize their power, and get a more efficient golf swing!

Inner thigh (adductor) stretch
Goalie stretch
Hip flexor stretch with rotation
Lizard pose
Pigeon pose
Hip internal rotation stretch
