Working out at home has never been more common with the closure of countless gyms and social distancing requirements. Here are some ideas for training effectively at home:

1. Schedule your training. Don’t fall for the “when I feel like it” trap. Set a time to start working out each day.

2. Have a program. Even though you have limited equipment or gear, there are plenty of resources for things you can do. Build a program out that targets your workout goals.

3. Get fresh air. One of the benefits of training on your own is that you can choose the environment. Combine the flexibility of training at home with working outside, whether it’s in the backyard, in the driveway, or at the park down the block.
